Emotional and Social intelligence for Project Management

This Webinar will start with an overview of how EQ, or social and emotional skills, are being promoted in the workplace. Dr. Carina Fiedeldey-Van Dijk, a leading international expert in this field, will discuss key concepts and tools to assess and develop EQ.

Robert and Sheri will then discuss how EQ concepts can be effectively introduced within Project Management. More specifically, we will introduce a dynamic learning game system called Prelude that we discovered  and have adapted for the PMO and PM practice. Prelude is an ideal way to accelerate group trust and collaboration effectively at the start of a project and beyond.
